About Savoir Analytics

Built for owners who'd rather run their business than chase a dashboard.

Savoir is an automated reporting service that connects to the tools you already use and quietly delivers the numbers that actually matter — every week, every month, without you ever logging in.

A simple idea, built one report at a time.

Savoir Analytics started from a simple observation: small business owners are drowning in dashboards that promise insight and deliver noise. Square shows totals. Shopify shows orders. QuickBooks shows the books. None of them sit down on Monday morning and explain which Saturday market is actually paying for itself, which menu item earns the most per labor minute, or what customers are really doing differently this month.

Savoir was built to do exactly that — for the food truck owner closing out at midnight, the cafe owner balancing orders against payroll, the landscaper logging jobs from the truck cab. Savoir is French for "to know". The whole point of the product is right there in the name.

We are a specialized operation by design. Every line of code, every report, and every customer conversation is handled by the people who built the platform. That isn't a marketing line — it's the architecture. We are small enough to answer the phone. Focused enough to ship a product that works.

No magic. No fluff. Just the report you'd build yourself if you had a spare weekend.

What Savoir Is

A quiet, automated reporting service.

  • A polished PDF report and optional Excel workbook delivered to your inbox on a schedule you set.
  • Built around the platforms you already use — Square, Shopify, QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and Jobber.
  • Read-only by design. Savoir reads your data to build the report and does nothing else.
  • One real person you can email when something looks off — same day, every day.
  • Honest pricing: $20–$50/month, with a one-time $20 snapshot if you just want to see what a report looks like first.
What Savoir Isn't

Not another dashboard. Not another login.

  • Not a dashboard you'll open twice and forget. The report comes to you, formatted and ready to read.
  • Not a platform that asks for write access, payment access, or any ability to change anything in your accounts.
  • Not a re-seller of your data. Your numbers aren't analyzed for trends, sold, or shared with anyone.
  • Not a venture-backed software company chasing scale at the expense of the customer it started with.
  • Not built around buzzwords. Savoir is automated — not a chatbot pretending to be your analyst.

Privacy is the entire foundation. Not a feature.

You worked years to earn the customers, the patterns, and the numbers behind your business. None of that gets handed off lightly. Savoir is built so you can hand over only what's needed to produce a report — and nothing more.

Read-Only Access

Savoir connects through official, read-only authorization — the same way a trusted accountant would. There is no ability to charge a card, refund an order, change a price, or move money. None.

Siloed By Account

Every business gets its own isolated configuration. Your data is never blended with another client's, never aggregated for benchmarking you didn't ask for, and never used to train anything.

Yours to Cancel

Disconnect any platform any time, from the platform itself. Cancel the service with one email. No retention games. No exit interview. Your data leaves with you.

The layer your POS dashboard never built.

The tools you already pay for are designed to process a transaction — not to explain it. Square will tell you that you made $3,000 on Saturday. It won't tell you that $1,800 of it came from a single hour, that your top-selling item is also your worst margin item, or that your Wednesday lunch spot is quietly outperforming your Saturday market on a per-hour basis.

Savoir reads the same data your dashboard already has and turns it into a real report — the kind you'd hire an analyst to write. Revenue patterns by hour, day, and day-of-week. Top and bottom products by revenue and by margin. Trends over time. Customer behavior. Review sentiment. And specific, plain-English action items each period.

The format is intentional too: a PDF you can read on your phone between services, an Excel workbook you can hand to your accountant, an email summary you can skim in 30 seconds. You don't learn a new tool. You just open your inbox.

Savoir means to know. And you will.
