Savoir Analytics started from a simple observation: small business owners are drowning in dashboards that promise insight and deliver noise. Square shows totals. Shopify shows orders. QuickBooks shows the books. None of them sit down on Monday morning and explain which Saturday market is actually paying for itself, which menu item earns the most per labor minute, or what customers are really doing differently this month.
Savoir was built to do exactly that — for the food truck owner closing out at midnight, the cafe owner balancing orders against payroll, the landscaper logging jobs from the truck cab. Savoir is French for "to know". The whole point of the product is right there in the name.
We are a specialized operation by design. Every line of code, every report, and every customer conversation is handled by the people who built the platform. That isn't a marketing line — it's the architecture. We are small enough to answer the phone. Focused enough to ship a product that works.
